Bangladesh Garments Washing Technologist Foundation-BGWTF recently organized a day-long Training Session on Sustainable Chemical Management for Textile Professionals. The training program was held at Sea Shell Hotel, Uttara on 13th February 2021.
Md. Gazi Ahmad Hasan, President, BGWOA was present as Chief Guest. Md. Helal Uddin Ahamed, Advisor, BGWTF; Engr. Md Aminul Islam, President ATET; Engr. Md. Mehedi Hasan, Founder President and Chief Executive, BGWTF; Khandakar Mahfuzul Alam, Advisor BGWTF; S M Shohel Rana, General Secretary, ATET were present as Special Guests. Mr. Taiabur Rahman, Founder & CEO of Chemisol was the main trainer of this Program. Md. Yasir Arafat, Joint Organizing Secretary, BGWTF and Engr. Fazle Rabbi, Sports & cultural Secretary, BGWTF were the Program Coordinator.
Engr. Md Mehedi Hasan, Founder president and Chief Executive, BGWTF said that, Bangladesh Garments Washing Technologist Foundation-BGWTF is a Non-Political, Non-Profitable Social Welfare Foundation for the development of the textile industry. He also added that “being so concern about the Bangladesh Textile Industry, BGWTF is willing to produce more skilled manpower for this industry. We are planning to establish an institution. In its continuity, this day-long training program was the beginning of the new journey.”

The day long training session ended with providing certificates to the participants.
