Denim Première Vision will host its first digital program, ‘Digital Denim Week’ from November 30-December 4, 2020.
This online show will represent the latest product developments for Spring/Summer 2022 from over 50 exhibitors (spanning weavers, manufacturers/laundries, trims manufacturers & technology developers) where the products will be showcased in dedicated “E-Shops” on the Première Vision marketplace as a Digital Catalog providing videos, images & editorial, and will also help facilitate connections between the clients and the suppliers.
“Digital Denim Week” will also feature 2 Fashion Seminars for inspiring & introducing the Spring-Summer 22 trends; where 1st session will be taken by Première Vision’s Fashion Team representing the season’s main directions; and 2nd session will be taken by Lucia Rosin from Italy’s Meidea Design Studio analyzing new trends in cuts and silhouettes. Two Smart Talks will be hosted by Giusy Bettoni, Sustainable Development Consultant for Première Vision, discussing the industry’s challenges in terms of sustainable development. Two workshops will be presented by Alessio Berto from The Tailor Pattern Support to assist brands in creating their future collections.
“I strongly believe that the future of our industry will be built around a combination of physical and digital. We are defining our future strategy by leveraging both, to create a unique experience for the denim community”, said Guglielmo Olearo, Manager of Denim Première Vision “The Covid crisis is a huge opportunity to accelerate and support change, and define a winning format for the market, which what the Digital Denim Week will be.”
Being optimistic about in-person events, Denim Première Vision plans to hold its Fall/Winter 2022-23 Show, on May 25-26 in Milan and its Spring/Summer 2023 show on November 16-17 in Berlin.
