Vishal Fabrics Limited (VFL), renowned denim manufacturing & fabric processing unit and a part of the India-based Chiripal Group, has recently announced that its promoters have increased their holdings in the company by acquiring 10,16,000 equity shares from the open market this month. Promoter holdings has risen by 1.54% in the company. Promoter Group (Savitridevi V Chiripal) of VFL purchased 5,11,000 equity shares on August 12, 2021, and subsequently another 5,05,000 shares on August 23.
As per the press release published by Vishal Fabrics Limited (VFL), The total trades executed by the promoter group were 10,16,000 equity shares. The respective disclosures for each trade have been duly made with the Stock Exchange.
