“I congratulate Matex Bangladesh Limited for their 30th Anniversary and Bluesign Partnership. Matex is a renowned chemical producer and distributor that produces many chemicals. They already have some certifications. They have no other standard, but Bluesign is a very high-quality standard they achieved. I believe Matex management will follow all compliance issues to provide sustainable products for the textile industries as well as leather industries.”

“I am very hopeful that we can achieve this. On this 30th anniversary of Matex, I must reflect on the early days in Bangladesh when I wondered where to source chemicals. Matex Bangladesh was the first to step forward and provide us with solutions offering chemicals, lab services, and complete support from Matex. It has been an incredible journey, and as a partner for almost sixteen or seventeen years, I sincerely thank you for your support.”

Matex Bangladesh was founded with the realization of the necessity of using local chemicals instead of foreign ones, and I genuinely appreciate this initiative. Today marks its 30th anniversary—a long journey filled with many success stories. Currently, numerous industries are progressing, and I believe Matex Bangladesh entirely inspires this. Matex Bangladesh has consistently ensured everything necessary to maintain high standards and quality.

Matex has been working with Bluesign. They received the Bluesign partnership in a record time. The private sector significantly influences sustainability but can also contribute to reducing this impact. When Blue Sign was created, the great thing about it was that it removed the chemicals instead of testing and checking if the substances were in the garments. When you have Matex chemicals, you have the best ones in the market because they have Bluesign certified chemicals.

“We are proud of Matex as a Bluesign System partner. As a Bluesign system partner, we aim to combine the chemical industry with textile manufacturing and brands. The brands globally need to comply with the regulations, and we are proud of the great job that your team has done in implementing the highest standards of the textile and chemical industry.”

“I would like to congratulate Matex Bangladesh on this 30th-year journey. They showed their commitment to quality and sustainability. They have a partnership with the Bluesign Partnership, which indicates how committed they are to chain and sustainability. These kinds of partnerships will indicate global recognition and local commitment.”
