I started 1992 in Sri Lanka and work with world-renowned brands especially Nike, Burberry, coach, Hola, out away etc. Meanwhile, I work with the seam ceiling product and those are my specialties in my trade. Other things I achieved so many tasks like efficiency, quality, on time delivery and that grid management system. Those are followed up and achieved, as my goals, those are my last 32 years career. When I come to our factory side, I would like to share we are expert out of your product also workwear, CMC etc. Those are our expertise in happening when we come to there. We are doing garment engineering and reducing operation SME in the using easy way to make the garment and also automation. Then when it comes to those area, we are achieving on time delivery, efficiency level and planning improvement and working with different buyer. Those are the specialized areas which we run now.
We make sure that our patent everything is correct and also, we are using pilot life people go to bulk, make sure the product. Then after, when we go to production, the technical team makes technical samples. Our Production teams are doing their production sample and by using those practices, we are fed in line without assets that time, if we need to train the few people early that practice also, we make early, then we are running as per the plan, make sure the customer on time, delivery quality, also no short shipment, big KPIs to run to good process. We are doing some best practice to achieve those areas. First of all, we ensure best use of time and action plan. We are using KPIs, also to involve to success cover these areas. We are doing innovation. Then after we are going for pilot line. When pilot line makes the garment, we discuss with the relevant team, especially quality, technical and production and IE and maintenance. When we come to environmental side, we have a plan to reduce carbon by using waste management. Those are the also continuous improvement. We are going to be successful. We are always focused on to improve quality, efficiency, on time delivery.
