Yet another new feather has been added to the Fakir Fashion Family. Fakir Testing Services Limited (FTSL), a state-of-the-art icon in the arena of physical testing lab facilities in the apparel sector, was inaugurated on the 10th of June, 2024.
The facility was inaugurated by the Hon. Chairman of FFL, Mr. Fakir Badruzzaman, along with Managing Director, Mr. Fakir Kamruzzaman Nahid, and Deputy Managing Director, Fakir Wahiduzzaman Riyead, along with other senior management officials. A prayer session was held to commemorate the occasion.
FTSL is set to be one of the largest physical testing laboratories in Bangladesh, accredited by international standards such as Bureau Veritas, BS, EN, and ISO, along with many of our esteemed buyers such as H&M, C&A, Tom Tailor, Gina Tricot, Next, and many more. With 37 skilled technicians and engineers and a combined floor space of 10,500 square feet, FTSL currently offers a wide range of international standard testing services for in-house requirements as well as catering to service requests outside of the organization.
The facility features a hermetically controlled environment with state-of-the-art machinery, currently offering accredited testing services such as dimensional stability, washing, pilling, bursting, snagging, twisting, yarn appearance, CSP and moisture content, color fastness, formaldehyde test, stretch and recovery, nickel test, button pull test, fiber analysis, and many more.
