Sustainability is a new idea but it’s really an important element for our RMG industry to evolve. For long time sustainability, we must use the resources carefully”said,Tapan Kanti Ghosh, Senior Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in his speech.

“Recycling could save us almost 500 million dollars every year” –Barrister Shehrin Salam Oishee, Director, BGMEA and Director, Envoy Group in her speech.

“We are working with innovators and suppliers of multiple brands, and we firmly believe together we can make a difference in the fashion industry” – Khushbu Maheswari, Innovation Analyst, Asia, Fashion For Good in her speech

“We are very happy to collaborate with at least 50 manufacturers of Bangladesh interested to join the recycling war” said Holly Syrett, Impact Programmes & Sustainability Director, Global Fashion Agenda.

“We need to create an ecosystem that can incorporate various types of fabrics” said, Martin Stenfors, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Renewcell in his speech.

“Bangladesh can become the largest manufacturer of cotton if they recycle with the right investments, mindset, and regulations” said, Pascal Brun, Head of Sustainability, H&M. in his speech.
