On Saturday, November 16, 2024, students from the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th batches of the ISU Textile Engineering Department at International Standard University had the opportunity to visit ACS Textiles & Towel (BD) Ltd., located in Tetlabo, Rupgonj, Narayangonj. The visit provided practical insights into textile manufacturing and processing, with the students exploring key stages in textile production and finishing procedures.
ACS Textiles & Towel (BD) Ltd., a leading textile and towel manufacturing plant in Bangladesh, welcomed the students with exceptional hospitality. The management, executives, technicians, and staff extended invaluable support, offering in-depth explanations and hands-on demonstrations of various textile production techniques.
The visit was led and supervised by respected faculty members, including Assistant Professor & Coordinator Mr. Jaglul Haque Mridha, Senior Lecturer Md. Musa Ali Reza, Senior Lecturer Md. Sobuj, Lecturer Md. Hasibul Hossain, and Lecturer Avishek Das Gupta. Their guidance was instrumental in making the tour both educational and engaging.
