Gap Inc. continues to grow its global network of partners.
On Monday, the retailer announced a new strategic partnership with Iconic Brands Nordic LLC to bring Gap to more customers across the Nordic and Baltic markets.

Gap’s rollout across the region will take place in three phases, beginning with its launch on Boozt, a Nordic a multi-brand online fashion and lifestyle shop, across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland in August. This will be followed by openings in Stockmann department stores across Finland, Estonia and Latvia. In September, Gap’s first dedicated retail store and e-commerce site will launch in Estonia.
“Our partnership with Iconic Brands Nordic reflects our long-term commitment to growing Gap in markets where we see meaningful opportunity,” said Facundo Ginobili, Gap Inc. senior vice president, franchise and wholesale. “Together, we’re bringing the Gap brand to life through storytelling, experiences, partnerships and omnichannel retail, creating modern, relevant ways for customers across the Nordic and Baltic region to discover and engage with the brand.”
Gap’s deal with Iconic Brands Nordic is part of the company’s ongoing effort to expand its footprint internationally with the support of companies that possess deep local market knowledge.
Earlier this month, the company entered a partnership with Chalhoub Group, the Dubai-based luxury goods retailer and distributor, to bring the Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta brands to the Middle East. In March, Gap Inc. formed a partnership with apparel group Fashionata to lead Gap’s distribution and market development in Australia.
Iconic Brands Nordic was established in 2025 as a joint venture between Brandgate Group, a a wholesale and retail fashion distributor, and Tristafan, an Estonian investment and holding company. The company’s mission is to scale the Gap brand by building a robust retail, wholesale, and digital ecosystem.
