De Gaulle Fleurance advises the Clarins Group on the construction of its new factory in the Parc du Grand Troyes

De Gaulle Fleurance is advising the Clarins group on the construction of its new factory in the Parc du Grand Troyes. The Clarins Group was advised by Catherine Castro and Brieux Le Fur on the building aspects and by Pierrick Le Goff on the equipment aspects.

Built on a 13.5-hectare site, the 31,000 sq.m. factory is Clarins’ second French production site in France, after Pontoise, and will eventually double its production capacity. The new factory, which has an HQE “Excellent” and BREEAM “very good” rating, is is powered by renewable energies (geothermal and photovoltaic panels) and is 80% passive.

With annual sales approaching 2 billion euros and strong growth for several years, Clarins is present in 150 countries. 93% of its production is exported. “We are proud to have supported the Clarins Group in the construction of this magnificent factory, which meets HQE Excellent (High Environmental Quality) and BREEAM very good standards, thus promoting Made in France, local employment and respect for the environment,” says Catherine Castro, Partner at De Gaulle Fleurance.
