With a total of 83 points, this remarkable achievement places the facility among the most environmentally responsible buildings in the region.
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) awarded the Platinum level—the highest possible rating—for the building’s outstanding commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and innovative design. From the initial planning stages to full-scale execution, the project integrated advanced green building strategies that minimize environmental impact while maximizing occupant well-being and operational performance.
