Chinese company Kaixi Lingerie Bangladesh Co. Ltd. signed an agreement with BEPZA on 8 November 2022 to set up a composite garments industry in BEPZA Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram. They will invest US$ 60.85 million. Member (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA Ali Reza Mazid and Director of Kaixi Lingerie Bangladesh Mr. Xiao Hongxi signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. BEPZA Executive Chairman Major General Abul Kalam Mohammad Ziaur Rahman, ndc, psc along with high officials witnessed the signing ceremony.
